Specify your needs in as much detail as possible, your habits, your lifestyle, the functionality of the room and your expectations.
Share with the decorator or interior designer photos and a floor plan of the side room.

Add inspirational photos, furniture and decorative elements that you would like to keep, in order to define your tastes.
If you have made a dimensional plan of your room with Kozikaza, you can share it.

Question 2

Can I talk to the decorator during the project?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is even recommended, you will have the opportunity to discuss with the interior designer carrying out your project at any time.
Indeed, you will first have an initial exchange by video or telephone to discuss the problem, your tastes, the room.

During the realization of your 3D plan, you will be able to exchange via the secured messaging system of Kozikaza.
Finally, you will have a feedback meeting by video or phone with the interior designer in charge of your project.

Question 3

Can I choose the decorator who will work on my project?

Accepted Answer

When you submit your request for a 3D plan, we carefully select a few decorators who match your wishes and are ready to carry out your project.
If you do not like the style or the exchanges with the decorator selected by the team, let us know and we will suggest another decorator.

Question 4

The project is finished, but I finally want to modify it again, it's possible?

Accepted Answer

If, after the project, you wish for any reason to come back on an aspect of your plan (decoration or other), it is possible!
Indeed, when you receive your project, your 3D plan will be saved on your Kozikaza account. You are free to modify it or to make other tests if needed.

Question 5

Are the prices for these services fixed or are they indicative?

Accepted Answer

For these services, you can choose between 3 offers, depending on your project. These three offers are at fixed prices, respectively 89, 139 and 189 euros. If you want a different service, or if you have a more precise need, you can call on one of our decorators or interior designers, who will carry out your project 100% at your convenience. Question 6

None of the proposed decorators suits me, what can I do?

Accepted Answer

If our first proposal of decorators does not correspond to you 100%, it is preferable to let us know rather than to launch your project anyway.
We will find you a professional who suits you, for a result that reflects your image.
